1. Using PSGT

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.

2. Trade Plans and displayed returns

Trade Plan details shown in the app, including plan duration, profit rate, cycle information and capital-return settings, are the applicable product terms shown before you confirm a trade. Review those details before submitting a transaction.

3. Deposits, withdrawals and transfers

Funding and payout requests may require administrative review, identity verification, transaction proof, wallet details or a security PIN. Processing availability, limits and fees are shown in the relevant screen before submission.

4. Referral, team and salary rewards

Reward eligibility can depend on an active Trade Plan and other conditions displayed inside the app. Rewards are not due while eligibility requirements are not met. Pending or rejected deposits do not qualify for deposit-based referral rewards.

5. Account security

Keep your password, verification codes and 5-digit Security PIN private. PSGT may temporarily restrict actions when security, compliance or verification checks are required.

6. Service availability

Maintenance, connectivity, third-party payment systems and other technical conditions may affect availability. PSGT may update app features, interfaces and operational rules when reasonably required.

7. Account restrictions and termination

Accounts may be restricted for misuse, fraud indicators, policy violations or legal/compliance requirements. You may also request account deletion using the Delete Account page.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page is the current version available to users.
